SUMMARY: This Client Relations Account Manager positions requires you to be extremely well versed in talking to clients and managing communications. You will be speaking to clients on a regular basis and relaying information between our Media Buying team and the client themself. You will be getting on Bi-Weekly calls with clients updating them on current improvements in accounts and overall results.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Building out Bi-Weekly report templates of results
- Help Media Buyers relay information to clients
- Responding to client questions
- Tracking upcoming events and creative launches for Media Buyers
- Updating clients weekly on account status
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a general knowledge of the TikTok, Facebook, & Google ad platforms.
- Ability to communicate results and plan of actions moving forward.
- Excelent client communication skills.
- Ability to effectively explain to course of action to clients over email.

SUMMARY: This Google & Youtube Ads Specialist PPC position requires you to be extremely well developed in all aspects of Google & Youtube PPC ads. You will be managing between 4 - 7 accounts spending anywhere between $5k to $500k+ per month. You will need to have high level experience when it comes to developing high converting PPC campaigns. The position requires adequate research about incoming clients to craft a plan of action for their account and the strategy that will be put in place. It's an exciting opportunity to work with some of the largest brands in the world on their Google & Youtube PPC ads.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Building out Bi-Weekly reports of results
- Responding to client questions
- Building and scaling profitable PPC campaigns
- Guiding the client in building new Youtube ads
- Tracking client account progress daily
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 Years experience and/or $1M+ ad spend managed scaling Google PPC campaigns.
- Understand all aspects of the Google Business Settings + Ads Manager.
- Understanding complete tracking setup process for Facebook ads.
- Ability to communicate results and plan of actions moving forward.
- Ability to effectively walk clients through what is performing.

SUMMARY: The Chappell Training Coaching positions requires you to be extremely well developed in every aspect of the TikTok ads & Facebook ads paid social space. You will be getting on 25 - 35 coaching calls per week. Clients may join with ad spend budgets ranging from $0 to $1M per month and you must be able to allocate this budget to each social platform to fully optimize their ad spend for the highest result. You will also need to have the skills to traverse across any new SAAS program the client is using. It is also very important to understand their overall objective and to simplify their problems and find, and guide them towards the most profitable solution. Each client will also have a different business model so you must be able to leverage the ad library and overall business knowledge to understand a vast market in terms of how to structure their ad creatives.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Uploading calls after each coaching call
- Responding to client emails and questions
- Answering questions in Facebook groups
- Tracking client account progress throughout the week
- Taking 25 - 35 coaching calls per week
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 Years experience and/or $1M+ ad spend managed scaling Facebook ad campaigns.
- 1 Years experience and/or $500k+ ad spend managed scaling TikTok ad campaigns.
- Understanding complete tracking setup process for both TikTok & Facebook platforms.
- Ability to effectively communicate and guide clients towards a solution in a timely matter.
- Ability to effectively teach clients why we are implementing specific marketing tactics.
